Return and Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when purchasing artwork from Shreya Chandra Art. Please read our return and refund policy below.
Returns
To request a return, please contact us at tintedpaletteart@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tintedpaletteart@gmail.com.
Please include clear photographs of:
- the artwork and the damage,
- the inner and outer packaging, and
- the shipping label.
Please retain all original packaging while the issue is being reviewed. We will assess the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Custom and commissioned artwork
Custom, commissioned, personalized, and made-to-order artworks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
Because many original artworks are one-of-a-kind, direct exchanges may not always be possible. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to a country where applicable consumer law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, including eligible orders shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to applicable exceptions.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received and in their original packaging. Custom, commissioned, personalized, or other legally exempt items may not be eligible for cancellation or return.
International orders and customs charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges paid by the customer are not refundable by Shreya Chandra Art.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
